*** Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ***

For all classes & consults (group, private, phone) we require 24 hours cancellation for full refund.  We are unable to refund same day cancellations but will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling when and if schedules allow. We can not guarantee that rescheduling will work with your timeline. Therefor, we are happy to apply the fee towards other services, where applicable.

Sick policy: we want happy, healthy families. If you are sick, please let us know so we can reschedule. We will do the same.
